I hope everyone is eating well

With the water fluoridation, chemtrails and other air pollution, pesticides, Fukushima radiation, inflation of food prices and the boycott of Zionist products, I understand it may be difficult. Anyway, here is a new page:

http://aryanism.net/culture/aesthetics/food

Wouldn’t it be good if our movement could release its own cookbook one day? If anyone is interested in this project, please volunteer to start a new blog dedicated to compiling a list of recipes! As I keep saying, contributions in all fields are welcome, and indeed necessary. We are not just about politics. The mark of a genuine ideology is that it affects all topics of discussion.

this whole propaganda to promote veganism is in my eyes quite degenerate. Hitler was an avid raw milk drinker and recognised it as an health tonic. Drinking and eating fermented and raw dairy products like yoghurt buttermilk, butter cheese is an excellent way to get your fat solluble vitamins and a steady flow of enzymes into your system. These produce are also a staple in traditional aryan societies like my own for instance (the Netherlands). To say that drinking milk equals vampirism is utterly ridiculous. Ofcourse one should not drink unorganic pasteurised dairy produce and look for local organic dairy armers to buy milk from. This article makes me question this movement and the kind o people it harbors. Vegans are for the most part phisically weak people that harbor fanatic attitudes, not something i aspire to.

Great section in Aesthetics, AS! Tonight, I made a rice dish. I boiled 2 cups of rice in 2 cups of water - no need to strain the water which was boiled, simply let the rice soak up the water which it was boiled in. The raw beans which were boiled of course were strained. The rice and the beans were evidently pan-fried in a medley of vegetables and seasonings. When cooking, I as well resent wastefulness, and the alternative to pan-frying and getting a lot of the contents stuck to the pan or being charred is simply adding more liquid.

I do not see lacto-vegetarianism as something related to vampirism. The lacto-vegetarian philosophy which Sanatana Dharma postulates is one of revering the cow as mother, for she has indeed been like a mother and useful for all civilizations. Factory farming, however, is a different story.

Wooden spoon is what I use for cooking and eating my dishes.
Jew knwos that adrenaline from killed animals make goy act aggressive thus it is more effective when goy kill each other in jew created wars and conflicts.

  4. fakenews says:

Taking an advantage of this a new post I would attempt to clear upcoming war deceptions:

Jews are cowards who can only kill unarmed women and children and when it comes to fighting a war of aggression
they have already acquired huge number of US and equal number of international goons to murder Iran.
A year ago all the fat jews had left israhell and what is left are the fanatics and slaves. This massive war will exterminate what’s left of Palestinian nation and jew will blame it on Iran and Muslims.
Naive goys of the World are feeding of jew media lies proclaiming Russia, China, Pakistan and etc. as allies to Iran.
I reality those states are run by jews and produce weapons of goy destruction which are at least 50 years behind modern US made jew weaponry.
Finlay, it too make backfire just like the WWII and jews may have a real holohoax this time.

  5. fakenews says:

Also, more jew made Tsunamis in the future as jew had just gotten a another free, German built Dolphin Sub just like the one which jew used to blow up Fukushima with.
On topic: What out for radioactive particles in fish food from this years upcoming harvest.
To prepare yourself for any accidental consumption buy cannabis oil from a reliable supplier.

  6. Purity says:

The only way to eat well is vegan.

    Any Vegan cookbook will suffice.

  7. fakenews says:

In Talmudic Hebrew we find the word meaning “robber, bandit”.

  8. mandrake says:

Vegan/Vegetarianism is the only way to eat without being a Jewish overlord to goy.

It’s simply as plain as that, we must refrain from all meat consumption to truly be Aryan.

  9. SP says:

I have just seen the Aryanism.net website. Impressive literature, teachings, and hypothesis.

However, your site comes up on the first page in a google search. It is clearly had alot of effort put into building the website, and seems to be well financed. I don’t mean to be rude, but it smells awfully Zionist. And even more so:

Your goal is to promote National Socialism and what you call ‘racial idealism’, yet you want to ‘build the race of the future that does not matter what colour you are’. This is contradictory in itself and highly confusing. It’s like you’re against multiculturalism/racialism. but you’re not.

In my eyes, it’s as simple as this:

    1) Remove the Zionist Jews, and the Zionist gentiles from nature.

    2) Restore nature to preserve race.

    3) Spiritually live in harmony with the planet pagan style.

    All the best,

    SP

    @SP
You never know if a web-site is genuine and it is a suspect because it is not listed by ADL.
The Google results are misleading becasue Aryanism is not a popular subject and listing are sorted by the max number of related keywords and relevant links.
As per your eye site: All jews need to be removed since a jew is not a member of any nation or race.
Is is simple a criminal cult or a global organized mafia which preaches and practice war and distraction of humanity and life environment.
If this website is jew run then its objective would be to expose and catalog enemies of jew or antisemites.

Posting anonymously is a joke as jew owns the internet and every poster’s address is logged together with account owners name and address.

    SP-

IMO, this website is well-thought out and attractive. That does not require Zionist funding. It is refreshing, in my opinion. It has a lot of content, on not-so-popular and rather esoteric subject(s). This easily accounts for the high Google ranking.

I think the issue (as far as your race/multi-cultipoint goes) might be that you are equating “race” with “ethnicity”. The individuals here promote ethocentrism, not ethnocentrism. In the correct context (see the glossary) context, “racial idealism” does not refer to the white/black/yellow/red interpretation, but instead refers to those people who aspire to/live Nobility (again, see the glossary).

I may be wrong though, as I am still very much absorbing these ideas, which are very new to me.

    Justin

  12. Anthony says:

Well said, Justin. This is exactly what we are trying to promote. Your comment under ‘Time to Blow the Lid Off the Ron Paul Effect’ is also correct.

I’ve just re-read this page. I’ve actually been eating in the way it recommends since the beginning of this month (or at least been trying too - it’s taken me a while to perfect my recipes). I’ve noticed massive health improvements. I’ve gained muscle mass even though I haven’t done any exercise apart from going to work, which isn’t particularly demanding. I previously had problems with phlegm (I think because I ate too much bread), and that’s gone now. So, I can definitely recommend the Neolithic diet. The only difference is that I add spice to my food, which is perhaps not labour efficient and could be considered decadent.

It really amazes me how closely this page describes my tastes. I have always loved salt. Sometimes I got told off as a child for eating leftover salt off my plate, since it was bad table manners to lick your fingers or some other such British nonsense. I have a friend who also loves it. We had to cook burgers in food technology class when we were 11. The teacher asked him what ingredients he wanted to add to his burger and he replied ‘salt’. When she asked ‘apart from salt?’, he replied ‘more salt’.

I also like sour things. I love mango pickle. It’s only supposed to be a condiment, but I could eat loads of it.

I also particularly liked the part where you say ‘Young children are spontaneously averse to food above their own body temperature, but under many present-day culinary traditions are forced by adults to eat food while it is hot, thus doing irreparable damage to their tongues (not to mention their Original Nobility).’ I never understood why people think it’s important to have a ‘hot meal’ and still don’t understand how the British can drink boiling hot tea or how they can derive pleasure from it.

  14. LuciferOverZion says:

Thanks for having me reminded about the temperature thing. I have burned my tongue with some hot soy milk from the market… My tongue must have never been the same after that.

  15. Andalucian Warrior says:

I do criticise this page on one point - I don’t think it is true that you can live off grain alone, because no grain contains all the essential amino acids. But you can live off a combination of grain and legumes. In many cultures, the staple food is a combination of grain and legumes - in Indian, lentils and rice; in the Americas squash, beans and maize (the ‘three sisters’).

  16. Old post comment. I just found this bit of curious information that shed light on fitness, in the modern sense, and diet. Some people have a hard time believing that you can get muscular with no meat. Yet…

Actor & martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme has this to say, “When you put good things into your body, you nourish your red cells and feed your muscles then you’re taking care of your body. I didn’t do that for a while, but I’m doing it now.” His diet mainly consists of rice, bread, vegetables, and beans <- that's at least vegetarian if not vegan. It goes to show that grains, legumes, and vegetables are the core of a healthy body, even if you train and body build. Ergo, a militarist society can consume these for its purpose.

    Source of quote - http://getmascular.blogspot.kr/2013/12/jean-claude-van-damme-workout-and-diet.html

Random extra info: The Roman legions moved on grain, Sun Tzu in the famous book "The Art of War" describes grain logistics as vitally important.

    Yeah, beef sucks.

  17. Numinous Sun says:

    @Miecz:

I also recommend people look into some of the ‘complete plant protein’ powdered drink mixes. Some days I just drink three of those. The one I’m currently using contains per serving: 21g protein, 4500mg Branched Chain Amino Acids, 3350mg Glutamine, 100mg Enzyme Blend. No soy, no animal, hypoallergenic, gluten free. If you read the entire amino acid profile of the powder it is truly impressive!

It is known by most body builders to gain a pound of muscle one must consume half their body weight in grams of protein per day. For myself that would roughly be about 85-90 grams of protein per day, and as you can easily tell three of those shakes already puts me at 63g of protein, now if I eat a can of black beans on top of that I’m already damn near wear I need to be protein intake wise. Nuts are also great for protein, and they have many other nutritional benefits as you already know.

How much meat and other animal products would one have to eat to gain that much protein? Not only that, but I stay light on my feet and energetic, while body builders who consume massive amounts of meat become lethargic and lazy after they eat.

It should be obvious to everyone that it is much easier to gain protein through a plant based diet than a meat based one.

The meat and diary industry have done an excellent job of convincing people other wise, after all big strong masculine men eat steak and potatoes right? …

I am also interested in exploring the fact that corn used to be small, until it was selectively bred to be what it is today. Minus some of the recent GMO stuff, farmers got corn to size up quite substantially. Now we could do that with peapods and beanstalks.

  19. Hypnotix says:

By the way, something that not everyone knows but is nonetheless extremely important: on a vegan diet, the only thing that cannot be procured is vitamin B12, which is why it is crucial that everyone supplements it separately in sufficient quantities. B12 deficiency leads to poor iron absorption, and - even more worryingly - to severely reduced memory.

I just thought this is worth mentioning, as it is quite important.

  20. Numinous_Sun says:

Just wanted to add this here as it is something I contemplate quite often, and I was just reminded of it earlier on the Discord server.

“This heaven will pass away, and the one above it will pass away. The dead are not alive, and the living will not die. In the days when you consumed death, you made death alive. When you come to dwell in the light, what will you do? On the day when you were one, you became two. But when you become two, what will you do?” - Jesus

And two thousand plus years after Jesus said that:

“Caloric restriction has been known to extend life span in a variety of organisms, including humans, though the molecular mechanisms of this effect are not known.”
