An Aryanist state’s demographic policies will remain as the most fundamental to the success of the state and Aryanism itself. Aryanists assume the following when discussing demographics:

  • The earth and all continents are overpopulated
  • The majority of the world’s population is of inferior stock
  • Only the state can solve this “demographic crisis”

An Aryanist demographic policy must address overall population control and reduction as well as quality improvement gradually, particularly in its early stages. An enormous campaign of birth and quality control could only result in a compromise of economic and state security, particularly from external predators. As happened in National Socialist Germany, externalities caused the destruction of the state, ideal and an overall reduction in population quality. Thus, there should be a distinction between short-term and long-term demographic policies.

Short-term demographic policies should consist of the destruction of the most inferior stock and the increase in births of the most superior stock. For the first generation, the demographic policies will not be applicable to the mixed masses. Demographic policies should aim to increase superior births enough in order to replace the loss of births from the most inferior stock who are no longer reproducing. This short-term policy will probably only last for one generation. The switch to a long-term policy should commence after the external threats are neutralised or removed and the constant foreign hostility, which will necessarily occur due to the existence of an Aryanist state, are pacified. The Nuremberg Race Laws of 1935 is a good example of this. It further distanced Germany from its neighbours, particularly France and Britain, and increased hostility which could only be resolved from a victory in the subsequent World War. After this, an implementation of the desired demographic laws would have taken place.

Long-term demographics should be adopted immediately after the demands of foreign policy have been met. The major difference between short and long-term policies will be the inclusion of the masses, who are mostly mixed between inferior and superior stock in most cases, into the demographic policies and laws. The aim should be to reduce inferior births substantially each generation and increase superior births enough to off-set this loss of population. The superior births will no longer have to equal the inferior births now that the threats to the economy and security do not remain due to hostile neighbours and overwhelming international pressure. Each generation, the policies should be made harsher for both the inferior stock and superior stock in order to further increase quality. I am of the opinion that the population cannot increase its quality without sufficient quantity. For this reason, superior births must remain high so that the policies can be made stricter without fears of underpopulation, or an increase in inferior births in relation to superior births.

Since a large section of the population will eventually be removed, social and Youth programs similar to the Hitlerjugend and Reichsarbeitsdienst will need to be established in order to disperse the superior stock amongst occupations which have suffered heavy losses as a result of the demographic policies. These are crucial in forming an Aryanist state without its original inferior stock and the negation of any superior/inferior rivalry in terms of occupations, which can only result in the encouragement of inferior births for the pleasure and exploitation of the part of the population which is of superior stock.

The state should, each generation, update the demographic policies in order to define a new inferior and superior stock (relative to each other). In this way, a constant improvement of the population quality will result, with sections of the population previously considered of superior stock now considered inferior. This process should continue indefinitely since even the superior stock will have slight inferior admixtures. High birth rates amongst the most superior will ensure that this process is not discontinued for pragmatic purposes.

While high birth rates should be maintained, they will still result in a reduction of the population due to the large amounts of inferior stock who have not reproduced. Thus, it can be said, that high births are not maintained in order to increase the population for real or imagined economic benefits, but in order to ensure a constant improvement of the quality of the population in future generations.
